Ojas Microgreens is a microgreens business based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
We grow and sell fresh microgreens. All products are perishable. As a natural food product, minor variations in colour, size, and appearance between batches are normal and do not indicate a defect.
Orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us. We reserve the right to decline an order if a product is unavailable or delivery to your location is not possible.
Prices are as communicated via WhatsApp at the time of ordering. Prices may change from time to time. We will always confirm the current price before processing your order.
We deliver within an 8 km radius of our location in Bengaluru. Delivery timings will be agreed at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery charges may apply to orders below the minimum order value.

Our microgreens are grown and packed hygienically. Please store them refrigerated and consume within the recommended period provided with your order. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ojas Microgreens is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
